West Bay Construction. Inc. has in-house capability to provide Design-Build services, if required by an owner. Additionally, West Bay designs temporary structures, such as cofferdams and concrete formwork, in the execution of the means and methods of their own work. Design is performed under the direction of a licensed Professional Engineer along with various specialty consultants.
